Place Your Order
Select your preferred grading service from our online store and complete the checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be successfully placed.

Get Your Order ID / Number
After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your unique Order ID / Number. Please keep this safe — it will be used to track and match your grading submission.

Download or Receive the Submission Form
You can download the submission form directly from our website, or find it attached in your order confirmation email. Fill in all required details, including your order number and the list of items you’re sending.

Send Your Package to Us
Carefully package your cards along with the completed submission form and send them to our official grading address. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for your peace of mind.

We Grade and Certify Your Cards
Once your package arrives, our professional team will inspect, grade, and authenticate your cards. Each card will be securely sealed in a tamper-proof holder and assigned a unique certification number.

Receive Your Certified Cards
Your graded cards will be safely shipped back to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
